古塔帕彭，生产于大约1300年前，泰国南奔省（LAMPHUN）。
在泰国南奔省，有几款帕南奔（PHRA LAMPHUN）佛牌。这些佛牌可以在全省各地找到，以至于它们成了南奔省的象征。有3种类型较流行的帕南奔，这包括帕空（PHRA-KONG），帕邦（PHRA-BANG）和帕彭（PHRA-PERM）。大约在1300年前，帕南奔和帕洛（PHRA-ROD）生产于同一时代。帕南奔的艺术旨意原自于印度。帕南奔比帕洛更美丽，但帕南奔的产量比帕洛较多。因此，虽然两者的功效相同，但是帕南奔的价格比较便宜。帕南奔是用细微的土壤制造而成，并接受烧烤过程。他们有5种颜色，绿色，红色，黄色，白色和黑色。这5种颜色是因为当时的制造过程所造成。在使用模具压印细微的土壤后，未完工的佛牌，会摆放在太阳下晒干。后来，他们被存储在大瓦盆里，用火烧烤。在这个大瓦盆里会产生不同的热量，结果就带来了不同的颜色和尺寸。摆放在高温度的佛牌会萎缩，尺寸比较小。另一方面，摆放在温度较低的佛牌，尺寸比较大。在瓦盆底部的佛牌因为接近火源，所以这些佛牌会变成绿色而尺寸最小。绿色的上层是红色，然后是黄色，最后是白色，上层的佛牌的尺寸就会比较大。当时做好的佛牌并没有黑色。但是有一天，起了场大火，烧到了宝塔，所以摆放在宝塔里头的帕南奔就变成了黑色。因此，黑色的帕南奔并不会是全黑，而应该是黑色的烧过痕迹以及原装的颜色组合而成。帕南奔与帕洛有相同的功效，既灵感预知，避灾躲难，驱邪化降等。对于那些很像收藏帕洛的收藏家们，帕南奔是另一个很好的选择，因为价格优惠很多。

First, Luang Phor Moon chanted 3 months during the rainy season. Then Luang Phor Moon chanted this batch of amulet in Wat Banjan on 15th October BE2543. The purpose of making this amulet is to repair and build the crematorium in Wat Ban Jan. Part of the money collected will be used to build the Phra Ubosot in Wat Don Na Rang as well.

There were several supernatural phenomena happened during this ceremony. At first, it started raining from October 30, the heavy rain suddenly stopped and became sunny when Luang Phor Moon came out form his kuti and going to the holy chanting ceremony. Later on, when Luang Phor Moon began to meditate, it appeared that a beam of fire emanated from him covering the entire ceremony scene. There were people and animals sound around the temple. Many meditation practitioners said they saw Somdej Lun of Nakhon Champasak, Luang Phor Thep Lok-Udom, Luang Phor Suk Wat Pak Khlong, Luang Phor Chad Wat BangKrabao, Luang Phor Derm Wat NongPho, Luang Phor Eia Wat Ban Dan, Luang Phor Kuay Wat Kositaram and others came to give their blessing as well.

At first, it blessed together with Rian Sema in Maha Somprathana ceremony. Later on, this amulet blessed 3 times again in:
